Most Common Login Problems

Lost Password
When you joined the site you will have received an email from the billing company that charged your credit card. This email contains your username and password, if you haven't chosen one already during the sign-up process. When you log in to the members area of the site, make sure you copy and paste the username (aka "Member ID") and password into the proper input boxes EXACTLY as you received them. They are always case sensitive. For example "xLM12t" is NOT the same is "xlm12T".
If you really cannot locate that email, please fill out the contact form and we will try to retrieve your username and password for you. We will only send login credentials to the email that was used during membership signup.

If your username or password are too difficult to remember please write them down using something like Notepad or similar program on your computer. Also, we recommend you use a free password manager such as LastPass. This way you won't have to remember this at all.

Every login page also has a security word you have to type in every time you log in. This security word (aka CAPTCHA code) changes every time and, like your username and password, is case sensitive.

I Have My Username/Password, But I'm Locked Out
All sites have security systems in place that automatically lock out hackers, and prevent password sharing. Whenever you log into the site, your IP address is compared to a database, and when there are too many different IP addresses trying to log in with the same username and password, you will be locked out. This usually does not affect any legitimate member, however, if you get new IP addresses too frequently, or use more than 3 different types of internet connections to log in, you'll be locked out because the security system believes you might be either a hacker, or your username has been given to someone else. Keep in mind that if you use a mobile phone connection (3G or 4G/LTE) to connect to a site, you are assigned a new IP address every time. This can cause problems.

Further, we noticed several Intenet Service Providers (ISPs) in Australia and several other countries assign new IP addresses to their customers (you) very frequently. This too can cause problems and you'll want to inquire with your Internet company why this is done.
In any case, please do not access the members area from more than 3 different IP addresses within 48 hours, or you will be locked out. In that case please fill out the contact form so that we can unblock you.
